Terms of Service

Last updated 31 August 2026.

These terms cover use of Divine Core — the Discord bot and the dashboard at divinecore.co.uk. By adding the bot to a server or signing in to the dashboard, you agree to them.

What Divine Core is

A Discord bot and companion dashboard providing welcome/leave messages, tickets, giveaways, suggestions, self-assign roles, polls, moderation tools, and application forms, configured entirely through the dashboard.

Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's own Terms of Service to use Divine Core, since it operates entirely through Discord. If a server owner or admin configures the bot, they're responsible for that server's use of it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Divine Core to:

  • Break the law, or Discord's own Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
  • Harass, abuse, or attempt to circumvent Discord's protections for other users — including misusing moderation or auto-kick features for that purpose.
  • Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the service (e.g. attempting to overload it, or exploiting a bug rather than reporting it).

We may suspend or remove the bot from a server, or restrict dashboard access, for a violation of these terms.

Your content

Messages, panels, forms, and other content you configure through the dashboard are your responsibility, not ours — we don't review it before it's posted. You're responsible for having the right to use anything you upload (images for welcome cards and panels, for example).

Billing

  • Paid plans (Pro / Premium) are billed as PayPal subscriptions to the Discord account that subscribes, and unlock that plan — the Store included — on every server you own, not just the one you subscribed from.
  • Store purchases made by members of a server are a contract between that member and the server running the store. Divine Core provides the checkout tooling only; the server is responsible for what it sells, delivery, and refunds.
  • You can cancel any time from the Billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • Plan refunds follow PayPal's standard process and applicable consumer law — contact us if something's gone wrong with a charge.

Availability

Divine Core is provided on a best-effort basis, without a guaranteed uptime commitment. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the product develops. We'll try to give notice of anything that meaningfully affects existing servers.

Data

Covered separately in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

Divine Core is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it — including lost messages, lost roles, or server disruption from a bug or outage. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Divine Core after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
