Getting started

The shape of every feature in Divine Core, and how to turn one on.

The pattern

Every feature works the same way: sign in to the dashboard, pick your server, open the feature in the sidebar, fill in the settings, and hit Save. The bot picks up the change within a few seconds — no restart, no re-inviting.

You need the Manage Server permission on Discord to configure a server here. Server owners can also manage billing; other staff with Manage Server can configure everything else.

Roles and channels

Anywhere you pick a role or channel, the list comes straight from Discord — if something you expect is missing, check the bot has access to see that channel or that the role exists.

For anything the bot needs to post into (a panel, a log channel, a welcome message), it needs View Channel and Send Messages there at minimum — Embed Links too if the setting mentions an embed.

Panels

Tickets, Applications, and React Roles all work through "panels" — a message with buttons that members interact with. Build the panel in the dashboard, then hit Publish to post it. Editing a published panel and saving updates the live message in place; you don't need to re-publish.
