Billing

Only the server owner can buy or manage a plan. When you subscribe, it unlocks on every server you own — not just the one you upgraded from. Staff with Manage Server can view the plan here but can't change it.

If a server's plan looks wrong, check who owns it on Discord — the plan always follows the current owner's subscription, so an ownership transfer changes it too.

Free covers one of most things (one ticket panel, one application form, a handful of active giveaways). Pro and Premium raise or remove those caps and extend how long data (transcripts, submissions, audit history) is kept before it's cleaned up.

Hitting a limit shows a clear message with a link back here — nothing fails silently.
