Applications

Create a form, add questions (short answer, paragraph, required/optional, numeric), and set a review channel. Forms with more than five questions automatically page into multiple steps — Discord caps a single modal at five inputs.

Publish the form as a panel (a button members click) or let members start it directly with /apply.

Reviewers see Accept / Hold / Deny on each submission. Accepting can optionally grant a role and always DMs the applicant the result.

Set a cooldown, cap one pending application per member, or blacklist specific users from applying at all — all in the form's settings.
